“What can I buy with £600,000?”
Sorry about the delay on this post, I promised weekly editions but the Christmas season stopped me from being 100% productive. Or even 50% productive…. I will go with 25%. Apologies, I will be better for 2009.
This property is slightly different from the last, it’s a livery yard on 32 acres of pasture in Coventry, the West Midlands, UK.
This property is very well situated, connected to a number of major highways and contains 12 stables, a tack room, a feed room, kitchen and a full sized indoor school for show jumping and drassage. In my own opinion, this seems like a pretty good deal, but i am currently in the process of looking for a comparison property. An article at Scotsman.com recently cited a commerical office, the Pyramid building at Loanhead, sold for £600,000.
